We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate for a US shift role. This position will focus 70% on recruitment and 30% on HR operations. Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process for US roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will also handle payroll operations, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, maintaining employee payroll records, and assisting with payroll tax filings.
Salary: ₹2 Lakh - ₹4 Lakh/Year (Annual salary)
Experience: 1+ year in recruitment, HR operations
Candidate Profile:
- B.Com Graduate or equivalent in HR or related field
- Experience in recruiting for Engineering or IT profiles
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Proficient in MS Office
