Academic
Conduct lectures, practicals, and tutorials as per assigned workload.
Assist in curriculum development with Professors and HOS.
Participate in academic & examination duties.
Prepare question papers and assessment material.
Organize seminars, conferences, workshops, and FDPs.
Identify industry-relevant skills and share insights with faculty.
Conduct soft skills training and study tours.
Research & Development
Produce high-quality research work.
Publish papers nationally/internationally.
Contribute as co-investigator to research proposals.
Guide students in writing research papers.
Strategic
Support implementation of the School’s strategic plan.
Operational
Participate in NCC, cultural/technical events, student welfare, and mentoring.
Assist in student admissions and counseling.
Supervise examinations and maintain academic records.
Support convocation activities and institutional programs.
accompany students for study tours, rural immersion, yoga, internships, and international visits.
Check answer sheets and provide assessment feedback.
Address student issues effectively.
Finance & Budget
Follow directives of Professors, HOS, and Dean for budget use.
Collaborations
Participate in National Teachers Congress, BCS, National Women’s Parliament, and other institutional events.
Engage with companies for industry collaboration & placements.
Work with CIAP and Marketing for smooth admissions & placements.

Qualifications
Preferably Ph.D. in relevant/allied discipline.
Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
NET/SET/SLET preferred (UGC).
Candidates without Ph.D. but with Master’s and 0–5 years industry experience may be considered.
Leadership, management skills, and alignment with MIT-WPU values.
