We are hiring Case Processing Executives to serve as coordinators between insurance companies, law firms, hospitals, and doctors. The role primarily involves medical report follow-ups through voice-based communication.

Responsibilities
Act as a mediator between insurance companies/law firms and healthcare providers
Conduct follow-ups on medical reports
Handle voice-based communication professionally and accurately
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Graduation completed or awaiting final semester results
Comfortable working in night shifts (US shift)
