Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary relationship manager for NoBroker’s paid customers.
Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships through clear and open communication.
Identify, understand, and assess customer needs.
Assist customers in finding the right tenant or house based on their requirements.
Handle both outbound and inbound calls for customer support and lead management.
Use internal tools and processes to deliver the best possible service.
Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers when required.
Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their accounts.
Follow all communication guidelines, procedures, and company policies.
Go the extra mile to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Any Postgraduate Degree (MBA, PGDM, M.Tech, M.Com, M.A, etc.) with 0–1 year experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and numerical abilities.
Good decision-making skills.
Languages:
Mandatory: English & Hindi
Optional: Kannada / Tamil / Marathi / Telugu
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Must be flexible for day shift (9-hour login between 8 AM – 10 PM).
Comfortable working 6 days a week (weekly off on weekdays).
