Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable footwear

Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly

Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers

Achieve individual and store sales targets

Handle billing and POS transactions

Maintain product displays and store visual standards

Ensure stock availability and assist in inventory checks

Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience

Maintain cleanliness and brand presentation on the shop floor

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred

Good communication skills in local language and basic English

Customer-oriented with a sales mindset

Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Freshers looking to start a career in retail sales are welcome

0–2 years experience in footwear, apparel, or lifestyle retail preferred

Energetic, well-groomed, and confident
