About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Freelancer with a background in staffing, recruitment agencies, job consultancies, or job portals. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers across industries, and helping promote our platform — In Job Out — to drive registrations and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients across sectors
- Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to HR professionals and hiring managers
- Present and pitch the features and benefits of our job portal
- Schedule demos, follow up with leads, and convert them into active users or clients
- Maintain and update records of interactions and progress
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support outreach campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in staffing, recruitment, job consultancies, or job portals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong social selling abilities, especially via LinkedIn
- Familiarity with recruitment workflows and B2B sales
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
