Purpose of the Website

The website is designed to connect Employers with Employees and allow Employers to view Employee profiles detailing their work experience. In Job Out does not issue experience certificates to registered members.

Content Restrictions

Profiles containing political or illegal content will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Data Security

In Job Out takes reasonable precautions to protect Employer and Employee data but is not liable for unauthorized access by any third party.

Member Responsibilities

  • Members must provide valid and up-to-date contact details when using the website.
  • Members must not impersonate any other individual or entity or use a name they are not authorized to use.

Liability Disclaimer

In Job Out is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by a Member due to the use of the website, including loss of data, financial loss, or physical damage.

In Job Out does not cater to placement agencies or consultancies. Any payments made by such agencies will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Employer’s Responsibility for Background Verification

In Job Out is not responsible for any crimes or illegal activities committed by candidates at an employer’s premises. Employers or their respective companies are responsible for conducting background verification of the candidates they hire.
