Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Forensic Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
Knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and evidence handling.
Familiarity with forensic tools, techniques, and documentation practices.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Basic computer skills for data entry and report preparation.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience working in a forensic or scientific laboratory setting preferred.
Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and practical training may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist forensic experts in the collection, preservation, and analysis of physical evidence.
Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure all tools are calibrated and functioning.
Conduct routine laboratory tests under supervision and document findings accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab environment according to standard protocols.
Label, catalog, and store forensic samples in compliance with chain-of-custody procedures.
Support the preparation of technical reports and case documentation.
