Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
Understanding of basic psychological concepts, research methods, and data collection techniques.
Familiarity with psychological testing tools and ethical guidelines in research.
Strong observational, organizational, and documentation skills.
Basic proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Excel, SPSS, or other data analysis tools.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in a psychology lab, research environment, or clinical setting is preferred.
Freshers with hands-on academic experience or internships may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting psychological experiments, surveys, and behavioral assessments.
Prepare and organize materials and equipment needed for research or classroom demonstrations.
Collect, record, and manage data from participants with accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintain lab inventory and ensure all tools and instruments are properly stored and calibrated.
Support the preparation of research reports, presentations, and documentation.
Ensure ethical standards and safety protocols are followed in all lab activities.
