Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.

• Understanding of basic psychological concepts, research methods, and data collection techniques.

• Familiarity with psychological testing tools and ethical guidelines in research.

• Strong observational, organizational, and documentation skills.

• Basic proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Excel, SPSS, or other data analysis tools.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in a psychology lab, research environment, or clinical setting is preferred.

• Freshers with hands-on academic experience or internships may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting psychological experiments, surveys, and behavioral assessments.

• Prepare and organize materials and equipment needed for research or classroom demonstrations.

• Collect, record, and manage data from participants with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Maintain lab inventory and ensure all tools and instruments are properly stored and calibrated.

• Support the preparation of research reports, presentations, and documentation.

• Ensure ethical standards and safety protocols are followed in all lab activities.
