Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our services, and handling queries professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients

• Explain products/services clearly and effectively

• Maintain records of conversations and follow-ups

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly

• Work towards achieving daily/weekly call targets

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Freshers are welcome
