Salary: 3 – 3.5 LPA

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions and transactions.
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Work collaboratively with internal teams for issue resolution and smooth operations.
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Adhere strictly to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively.
Computer literacy – including good typing speed and familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, etc.
