Job Description

Location: Baner, Pune (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: 3 – 3.5 LPA
Experience: 0–2 years
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally.

  • Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring accuracy and clarity.

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions and transactions.

  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams for issue resolution and smooth operations.

  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.

  • Adhere strictly to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively.

  • Computer literacy – including good typing speed and familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, etc.

  • A customer-first mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service.
